Establish a G2M strategy for CTMA in the US

Katarina led the work of creating overall go to market and marketing strategies and plans for Sectra Orthopaedics, to optimize our efforts to better reach our target groups. Through a thorough analysis of our current position and the competitive landscape, we were able to identify new opportunities and challenges together. The work continued with defining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and segmenting our target groups, which resulted in a clearer understanding of our customers' challenges, needs and drivers. Then, selling points and differentiation opportunities were developed to accurately communicate our unique value proposition. Katarina then led the planning for our campaign against our defined ICP, where campaign goals, target groups, messages and choice of channels were defined in collaboration with the marketing and sales team. The focus has been on improving our digital presence and lead generation activities.
